A MacLellan customer was replacing faulty motors throughout their facility. An enterprising MacLellan maintenance team member noticed the discarded motors and wondered if he might be able to repair them. He could, and he did. Today, that initiative continues and is saving our customer well over $100,000 USD a year.
   
Our customer was experiencing quality defects because their employees were coming into contact with the product during the painting process. Through our defect analysis program, we were able to identify the root cause of the defects. Our team designed a custom arm sleeve that was fabricated, tested and implemented by the customer. Even though this was not directly related to MacLellan's scope of work, our defect analysis and quality programs were instrumental in identifying and eliminating sources of costly quality defects for our customer.
