Group Leaders

Responsibilities

The position will be responsible for insuring the completion of all responsibilities in the Group Leader scope of work including safety, quality and scope completion documentation as well as physical supervision of performance standards that are expected by our customers, ensuring that all associates work in a Safe and Secure Environment that exceeds MacLellan and our customers requirements. The position will also be responsible for over-seeing the site safety program with regard to training, auditing, and continuous improvement. Group Leader candidates must have flexible schedules to meet strict customer contract requirements and demands. To insure the future professional growth of the individual as well as the company, the selected candidate will need to be open to the possibility of relocation.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates must possess 3 years of supervisory experience in an industrial cleaning and maintenance, and/or customer service environment. The candidate must have a high school diploma, GED or equivalent. The combination of a college degree along with paint shop experience may be substituted for the above referenced experience criteria.

Contract Manager

Responsibilities

This position is responsible for the overall execution of site operations. The position will be responsible for insuring the completion of all on site activities in the area of responsibility
within budget guidelines to the quality standards that are expected by our customers, and to ensure that all associates work in a Safe and Secure Environment that exceeds MacLellan and our customer's requirements. Additional duties will include: developing and maintaining relationships with our customers contacts, preparing reports and documentation for meetings with our customers representatives, preparing budgets, financial and safety reports, employee conflict resolution, develop people for organic growth and attend weekly staff meetings. Additionally, the selected candidate must possess a working knowledge of MacLellan
systems and processes.

The combination of a college degree along with paint shop management experience may be substituted for the above referenced experience criteria.
