We recognize that excellence requires more than a vision. Therefore, our vision is supported by solid guiding principles that provide the boundaries for decision-making. Safety is deeply entrenched within the company and is brought to life in our day-to-day activities; it is how we do things.

Achieving safety excellence, however, is not attainable overnight. We require a culture of discipline and continual improvement.
